Andie is a movement specialist, manual therapist, and acupuncturist. Andie is a movement specialist, manual therapist, and acupuncturist. She combines movement, various manual therapies, and sports medicine acupuncture to get her clients to where they want to be to proceed on their path to their healthiest life. She has over 13 years expereince in injury prevention through evaluation of movement patterns and biomechanics. Her speciality is guiding individuals back from injury or pain.
She has her Bachelor's in Clinical Exercise Science from Ithaca College and her Master's in Acupuncture. She is also a licensed massage therapist and a certified strength and conditioning coach.
Andie has worked along side all levels of medical professionals helping everyone from children to professional athletes in all sports at all levels.

DeRick has been a strength and conditioning coach for over a 15 years. During this time he has served in a variety of leadership roles as a Regional Director of Sports Performance, Head Strength Coach and Senior Strength Coach in both private and corporate settings.

DeRick has been a strength and conditioning coach for over a 15 years. During this time he has served in a variety of leadership roles as a Regional Director of Sports Performance, Head Strength Coach and Senior Strength Coach in both private and corporate settings.
DeRick has worked with athletes on over 35 professional teams and 60 Division 1 teams. He is also an author, editor, and contributor to several publications. He was a member of the Medical Advisory Board in a joint venture between Hackensack University Medical Center and the New York Giants.
DeRick has made multiple stops with the Strength and Conditioning Department at the University of Minnesota where he worked with Men's and Women's Hockey. He is also the Performance Manager for Team Gomez, a professional fight team. He is currently working in professional hockey.
On a personal note, DeRick is also the owner and operator of Meadow Creek Farms, specializing in organic grass fed limousin beef cattle.

She specializes in helping active adults recover from injury, and develop injury prevention habits specific to their lifestyle and goals. Tracy graduated from the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences in 2013 with advance training in hands-on techniques designed to improve joint and muscle function. Her services provide a continuum of care to build and maintain resilient, active bodies.
At the start of her career, Tracy lived and worked in San Diego, California. Her path led her to establish her solo-practice, Kinetic Physical Therapy providing recovery and training services to recreational athletes of all levels in Solana Beach, CA. She brings the same passion for individualized treatments to Greenwich, Connecticut. Today she lives in NY where she enjoys the outdoor activities that the Hudson Valley offers. In her spare time she is cycling, rowing, and teaching future physical therapists at her Alma Matter.
